Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) degree with Physics as a subject from a recognized university.
  • Minimum Marks: * General/BC/EBC: 50% marks.
    • SC/ST: 45% marks.

2. Age Limit (As of August 1, 2025):

  • Minimum Age: 21 years.
  • Maximum Age:
    • General/EWS (Male): 37 years.

Selection Process

The selection is conducted in three major stages:

  1. Written Examination: Consists of objective-type questions covering General Knowledge, Current Affairs, and subject-specific topics (Physics/General Science).
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Qualifying in nature (includes Running, High Jump, Long Jump, and Shot Put).
  3. Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Verification of height and chest requirements.

    • EBC/SC/ST (Male): 160 cm
